A typical working process for a project begins with your initial ideas, which can be in any format, from rough sketches through to 3-D modelling. We'll help you clarify them if necessary, then advise you on the best materials for your application.
We can then come to see you, or you will be very welcome to visit our premises. As well as technical and design input, we can help with pattern-making and prototyping for your polyurethane foam product, so you'll see exactly how your product is going to look. We can also provide cast epoxy resin, silicon or aluminium tooling, depending on what will work best.
